Please complete all required fields and include the following documentation:

• Letter of acceptance from your institution
• Course registration information
• Banking information
• Copy of Indian Status Card
• Copy of Provincial Health Card
• Tuition fee assessment
• Statutory declaration

Please note that our sponsorship is no longer allocated on a first come first serve basis. All applications are reviewed and granted by the education committee. Application deadlines are:

• September Enrollment (Fall Semester): July 30
• January Enrollment (Winter Semester): November 15
• Spring/Summer (Intersession): April 1

Applications must be submitted before the deadline and any application submitted after will not be considered. In addition, if a student has paid a mandatory institution registration fee, Mikisew will reimburse up to $100.
